1 - Research the requirements for the type of job I am looking for. I would go on HealthHireUK.com or NHSjobs.com and find roles which I believe I would be a good fit for. I would then look at the criteria and make sure I meet at least the essential criteria.
2 - I would then write my supporting information and apply for the post, I would ensure I look at the skills needed for the job, and mention how my skills match those required for the job, and therefore I would be a great match for the job.
3 - I would prepare for interview by ensuring I understand the job role, understand the values of where I am working, and talk about my previous skills, experience and knowledge.
